Delivery and Returns

Returns Policy


At the Arthur Findlay Shop we want you to be delighted every time you make a purchase with us. Occasionally, though, we know you may want to return items and by law you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days without giving any reason. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.

Our Voluntary Returns Policy 


As well as your statutory cancellation rights described above, you can return all products (not applicable to Readings) from the Arthur Findlay Shop within 30 days of receipt of the products if the products are complete and are in an unused and undamaged condition. The postage incurred in returning these items will not be refunded.


How Refunds Are Issued 


Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Promotional Credit - No Refund Issued - N/A


Will I be refunded any return postage costs?


We'll refund your return costs on items sold and/or fulfilled by the Arthur Findlay Shop, up to our standard delivery option cost, if: 

  • you received an incorrect item, or 
  • you received a damaged item, or 
  • you received a defective item.

 

Delivery
Items will be dispatched within 2-3 working days via Royal Mail or DHL courier service, depending on the size of the package.  Delivery times are estimated at 3-4 days following dispatch within the UK and outside are estimated at 5-7 days. Estimated delivery times all exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.
